“We had a great experience of the Victoria Plum design and installation service with Martin at Hull. He guided us through the process and made it easy and enjoyable, as well as making suggestions we hadn’t thought of. Recommended!”

On average a full bathroom suite, including plastering, tiling, electrical works and product installation, takes approximately 10 days to complete. However, this depends on the size of your room.

Yes, our installers are fully trained to treat your home with the utmost respect and care. They are BiKBBi (British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation) registered and, with almost all projects, an installation manager will also visit to check on progress. Your project manager will also be available to discuss any queries you may have.

Our installers arrive around 8:30am (exact time of arrival depends on the distance from their location) and work until that day’s work is complete. Timescales do vary however, for instance, they can’t begin grouting until tile adhesive is dry or begin painting until a plastering is dry. In these instances, our installers will use time away from site to restock supplies.

Even if your toilet is taken out, it will be plumbed back in at the end of the working day so you can use it. However, you will be without full bathroom facilities until the work is completed, plus a further 24 hours to allow materials to dry.

No, to ensure quality and consistency, we only install our own products. However, you can supply your own tiles (we will need to know if they are ceramic or porcelain and the layout you require). We are also able to reinstall existing products you wish to keep, like a radiator or heated towel rail.

No, to keep our prices low, we sell exclusively online, without costly showrooms. We can, however, provide samples of tiles, wall panels and furniture colour.

On occasion, unscheduled works may be required for things that weren’t obvious before installation began (for example, damaged floorboards or a previous leak that’s caused damage). If this is the case, we’ll discuss these matters with you as soon as they are identified, to see how you wish to proceed.

Yes, we use a company called HIPPO to collect your old bathroom and packaging from your new one at the end of your installation. Removal and installation will produce dust and debris (which is unavoidable) but our installers will clean up after themselves every day. To prevent dust from entering other areas of your home, it may be worth sealing doors to other rooms.
